Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining pesticide residues in vegetables by gas chromatography. The method includes the following steps: pretreating a sample, taking 15.00 g of a homogeneoussample to be tested into a 200 mL flask, adding 15 mL of acetonitrile, homogenizing the sample with a high-speed homogenizer for 90 seconds, filtering the sample into a stoppered cylinder containing 5g of sodium chloride in advance, shaking the cylinder well, and standing for 25min; transferring 15mL of the supernatant to a small beaker, and adding about 8g of anhydrous sodium sulfate to well mix;purifying, whirling in a vortex mixer for 10min, centrifuging at 4000r / min for 5min, collecting the acetonitrile solution into a concentration bottle, adding 5mL of acetonitrile and repeating the extraction, making up the volume to 2mL with acetone, purifying with a ZuEChERS purification tube; carrying out gas phase detection by the gas chromatography; and checking the recovery rate, and analyzing the results.
