Abstract

The invention provides a pipeline grouting device. The pipeline grouting device comprises a grouting tank, a rolling device and a supporting device. The grouting tank is used for containing and a container of cooling water and controlling the temperature of resin materials which have been poured into a hose and are not evenly impregnated thoroughly. When the hose to be grouted is dragged to move forwards, the resin materials can be automatically immersed into a non-woven fabric structure of the hose. The rolling device is a hydraulic power lifting rolling roller, and the hydraulic power lifting rolling roller is a device which plays a role in exhausting and enhancing impregnation after all the resin materials are immersed into the non-woven fabric structure of the hose. The supporting device is used for guaranteeing that the grouting hose smoothly advances under the traction effect and does not rub with the bottom of the grouting tank. The invention further provides a construction method of the pipeline grouting device. The circumstance that a traditional CIPP technology cannot conduct low-temperature curing in a pipeline repairing process is avoided, the construction efficiency inthe pipeline repairing process is greatly improved, and the circumstances that curing fails due to the fact that the temperature does not reach the standard in the high-temperature curing operation process are reduced.
