The UV ink composition containing the resin is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30 to 40 percent of fluorine-containing alkali-soluble UV resin, 10 to 20 percent of polyurethane acrylic resin, 15 to 20 percent of a diluting monomer, 3 to 7 percent of a photo initiator, 0.5 to 3 percent of an aid, 20 to 30% of a filler, and the balance being a thixotropic thickener.
