Problems solved by technology

There are many ways to improve filler retention, but in some cases traditional methods are not effective
For example, studies have shown that introducing functional components MOFs into paper, retention aids have little effect on filler retention, and the papermaking process will affect MOFs and lose their functionality

Abstract

The invention discloses a papermaking filling method based on a gel in-situ growth coated MOFs filler. Obtained MOFs particles are uniform in size and distribution, and are well combined with chitosangel. Natural polymer chitosan and cellulose have good compatibility, so that MOFs filler generated in situ can be carried into paper, and efficient retention of a functional filler is realized; the affinity between the filler and the paper can be improved, and the paper strength is improved; and the paper is endowed with functionality, and meanwhile, the negative influence of filling on papermaking is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of papermaking filling, and in particular relates to a papermaking filling method based on gel in-situ growth-coated MOFs. Background technique [0002] Fillers have become one of the indispensable and important components in modern papermaking, which can reduce costs, improve smoothness, optical performance, writing adaptability, etc., and can also bring specific functions to paper by adding fillers to promote the development of functional paper products; [0003] Due to the control of raw materials and costs of paper production and the development of paper functionality, the research on filler retention has important practical significance and has aroused widespread interest in the paper industry. Various methods have been developed to improve filler retention, but in some cases traditional methods are not effective. For example, studies have shown that introducing functional components MOFs into paper, retention a...
