According to the device, the cutting and lifting assembly is arrangedat the joint of the upper sampling part and the lower sampling part and can be used for cutting off and separating a to-be-sampled soil body from a lower soil body, so that the integrity of the sampled soil body can be facilitated when the sampler is pulled out.
