Abstract

The invention provides a power line modeling method based on a three-dimensional geographic information system, which comprises the following steps: in the geographic information system, determining astarting point connecting piece and an end point connecting piece of a connecting wire between a target tower and a tower, and determining a starting point coordinate and an end point coordinate of wire connection and normal vector information of the connecting wire according to DEM data; calculating the wire outlet direction of wire connection; determining a midpoint of a starting point and ending point connecting line; and constructing a split conductor entity model according to the conductor center line, and then modeling the power line.
