The inductance of the induction motor is influenced by saturation and varies with the operatingconditions of the motor in value; and the resistance is influenced by the temperature, a skin effect and an approaching effect, and the value change is more complex. Most of the prior art only considers the influence of temperature on resistance, the used induction motor model does not take saturation into consideration, and the inconsistency of the model and an actual controlled object influencesthe observation precision of the rotor flux linkage of the induction motor. According to the method provided by the invention, the system state observer is combined with a PI controller, and meanwhile, the rotor resistance under the influence of various factors can be accurately observed in real time based on the saturation model of the induction motor, so that the observation precision of the rotor resistance and flux linkage of the induction motor and the robustness of the system are improved.
