Abstract

The invention relates to a coating preparation system for preparing a workpiece surface coating. The coating preparation system comprises a power supply, a laser unit, a controller and a micro-arc oxidization device, wherein the controller is separately connected to the power supply and the laser unit; the positive electrode of the power supply is connected to the anode of the micro-arc oxidization device; the negative electrode of the power supply is connected to the cathode of the micro-arc oxidization device; the controller controls the laser unit to preheat a partial area of the anode; andthe controller controls the power supply and the laser unit to perform laser electric-arc coupling micro-arc oxidization on the preheated anode. According to the coating preparation system disclosedby the invention, the laser unit outputs second pulses to preheat the anode, and the controller controls the laser unit and the power supply to perform laser electric-arc coupling micro-arc oxidization, so that second pulses of the laser unit and third pulses of the power supply are in a synchronous time sequence, and therefore, the prepared coating is more uniform.
