Abstract

The invention provides a water curtain system optimization design method based on a water seal action mode. The method comprises the following steps: (1) evaluating surrounding rock cracks of a watercurtain roadway; (2) selecting a water curtain drilling hole distribution target area; (3) performing a transient electromagnetic test on the roadway section; (4) performing a single water curtain drilling hole water injection test; (5) performing new classification of water curtain drilling holes, specifically, the water curtain drilling holes are divided into five types, namely type I to type V;and (6) for the water curtain drilling holes of types I to IV, respectively performing replenishment function evaluation and water cap rock function evaluation and performing replenishment construction of water curtain drilling holes in an area which cannot meet requirements, and performing grouting treatment on the water curtain drilling holes of type V. By adopting the method provided by the invention, it can be ensured that new classification of the water curtain drilling holes is performed through drilling flow-pressure change characteristics on the basis of meeting the reliability of water seal, the state of rock mass in a region where the drilling holes are located can be taken into consideration, and the purpose of realizing the best water seal effect by using the minimum number ofwater curtain drilling holes is achieved.
