Abstract

The high-strength spraying protective coating comprises a component A and a component B, whereinthe component A is a semi-prepolymer obtained by mixing isocyanate, polyether glycol, composite fiber slurry and a diluent as raw materials and reacting in an inert gas atmosphere; and the component Bcomprises amine-terminated polyether, an amino chain extender, a pigment and a metal microcapsule emulsion. According to the invention, the uniformity and reaction activity among the components are improved through ultrasonic emulsification treatment, the mutual reaction among the components is promoted, and the crosslinking degree of each component material in the coating is improved.
