Abstract

The invention provides an automobile roof ply angle optimization method based on a genetic algorithm, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, building an initial population of automobile roof ply parameters through MATLAB, wherein the ply parameters comprise a ply angle; s2, calling an ANSYS APDL program in MATLAB to analyze and calculate the layering angle in the initial population so as to obtain corresponding layering stress; s3, calculating a corresponding strength ratio according to the layering stress and a Tsai-Wu tensor theoretical strength ratio equation to obtain a fitnessfunction; s4, obtaining a target function according to the fitness function; and S5, establishing a mathematical model by taking the laying angle of each layer of the automobile roof laminate as a design variable, taking the standard laying angle as a constraint condition and combining the objective function, and optimizing the laying angle by utilizing a genetic algorithm according to the mathematical model.
