A camera is adopted for detecting the pouring quantity of molten steel between a steel claw atthe bottom of each aluminum guide rod and one corresponding carbon bowl at the top of an anode carbon block in real time, and after processing of an image analysis and processing system, a detection structure is conveyed to a PLC processor; the PLC processor controls the pouring trolley through a control cabinet to sequentially complete the whole pouring processes of the four steel claws at the bottoms of the aluminum guide rods and the four carbon bowls at the top of the anode carbon block; and the camera is used for replacing manual observation, labor force is freed, and therefore the aim ofautomatic pouring of the anode assembly is achieved. According to the method and the adopted pouring trolley, the technical problems that in the prior art, operators need to observe the pouring process in a high-temperature field, labor intensity is large, and pouring quality cannot be guaranteed are solved well.
