Abstract

A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 45 to about 65% by weight of an aromatic polyamide resin including one or more kinds of a repeating unit represented by formula 1, a repeating unit represented by formula 2, and a repeating unit represented by formula 3; about 1 to about 20% by weight of an olefin-based copolymer; about 15 to about 35% by weight of calciumcarbonate; and about 5 to about 25% by weight of zinc oxide, wherein the weight ratio of calcium carbonate and zinc oxide (calcium carbonate:zinc oxide) is about 5:1 to about 1:1. The thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article formed therefrom have excellent plating adhesion, appearance property, heat resistance, etc.
