Abstract

The method comprises: calculating a generalized cost matrix required by non-check-point passengers; constructing and solving an assignment problem based on the generalized cost matrix; constructing an initial solution for solving a scheduling and line scheme based on a solving result; according to the initial solution of the current vehicle route scheme, selecting neighbors by referring to a tabu expression rule and an unforbidden strategy; further reducing neighbors by referring to the cost variation matrix and a preset granularity threshold value; solving a vehicle scheduling sub-problem, searching an optimal neighbor, and updating the current solution, the optimal solution and the tabu table; and checking whether the algorithm satisfies a termination condition. The invention aims to minimize the weighted sum of the passenger cost and the vehicle operation cost, and the flexiblebus operation mode based on the scheduling method can reduce the vehicle operation cost and improve the service level for passengers.
