Abstract

The invention provides a penicillin bottle preservation method for strains, and belongs to the technical field of microbial engineering. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of apenicillin bottle plane culture medium: subpackaging a prepared solid culture medium of which the pH value is adjusted into a penicillin bottle while the culture medium is hot, covering the bottle with a rubber plug, wrapping the bottle with head wrapping cloth and performing sterilizing; (2) inoculation and culture: inoculating strains into the culture medium in the penicillin bottle, sealing thebottle and performing culturing; (3) culture result confirming: observing the state of a culture after the culture is finished, confirming colony characteristics, observing thallus morphology throughmicroscopic examination, and confirming thallus characteristics; and (4) strain preservation: putting the strains into an environment of 2-8 DEG C for preservation. The penicillin bottle replaces a test tube to serve as a strain preservation container, so that the storage space for strain preservation is reduced, the strain preservation capacity of a laboratory is increased, and the problem of insufficient strain preservation capacity is solved.
