The device comprises a purification tank, wherein a purified gas discharge hood fixedly communicates with the purification tank in the radial direction; a gas distribution header pipe is rotationally connected with the top surface of the purification tank through a bearing; an ash discharge hopper fixedly communicates with the bottom surface of the purification tank; a first fixed gear ring, asecond fixed gear ring and a static gear ring are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the purification tank from top to bottom respectively; an underframe is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the purification tank; a driving motor is fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the underframe; and a rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the axis position of the underframethrough a bearing.
