The hydraulic braking device comprises a shell, a driving assembly and multiple braking oil cylinders.An oil drainage opening is formed in the outer wall of the shell. Each braking oil cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a piston, a piston rod and a rotary sleeve. A first through hole and an oil inlet are formed in the circumferential wall of each cylinder body, the outer circumferential wall of each piston is in running fit with the inner circumferential wall of the corresponding cylinder body,one part of each piston rod is coaxially inserted into the corresponding piston, and the other part of each piston rod stretches relative to the shell and is used for being connected with a movable body. Each rotary sleeve movably and coaxially sleeves the corresponding cylinder body, and multiple second through holes are circumferentially formed in the circumferential wall of each rotary sleeve.The aperture of the second through holes located in the same radial section is gradually reduced in the circumferential direction, and the second through holes communicate with the oil drainage opening through the first through holes. The driving assembly is configured to drive the multiple rotary sleeves to rotate synchronously. The hydraulic braking device can be suitable for braking cars with different masses.
