Abstract

The invention discloses a lithium battery tray fixing combined fixture and a clamping method. The combined fixture is fixedly applied to an output end of a mechanical arm, and comprises a fixture bodyinstalled on the mechanical arm, a tray clamping jaw assembly arranged on the fixture body, and a fixing assembly arranged on the fixture body; the fixing assembly comprises buffer devices fixedly connected to both sides of a connecting plate, and a limit clamp assembly installed on the fixture body; and the tray clamping jaw assembly comprises a first cylinder fixedly installed on an overall frame, a first transmission shaft connected with a piston rod of the first cylinder in a transmission mode, a second transmission shaft connected with the first transmission shaft in a transmission mode,and four clamping jaws arranged at both ends of the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft. According to the fixture, the tray clamping jaw assembly and the limit clamp assembly can clamp to fix a tray and lithium batteries on the tray jointly, and the lithium batteries are prevented from falling out of the tray during rotation of the clamped battery tray with the mechanical arm.
