Abstract

The invention relates to a finish machining method of a rotor shaft. The total length of a finished product obtained after finish machining of the rotor shaft is larger than or equal to 3744mm, the diameter phi of an iron core is larger than or equal to 1000mm, the weight of the finished product is larger than or equal to 6258kg, the rotor shaft is mainly used in application fields of high-end products such as petroleum exploration equipment, a marine motor and the like, electroslag remelting ingots are adopted for raw materials, the material utilization rate is adjusted to be 65%, risers andnozzle ends are sawed off before forging, and the purity of the raw materials is improved. A reasonable forging process is formulated, and a two-upsetting and two-stretching forming process is adoptedfor forging; a reasonable heat treatment process is formulated to eliminate stress and refined grains, and a final heat treatment process is compiled according to strength grade requirements, so thatthe mechanical properties of the product meet use requirements; and after 1.5mm allowance of a single side is reserved through rough machining, 180-DEG C low-temperature stress relief heat treatmentis added, and machining stress of a cutting machine is removed. In the aspect of machining, the technological process including steps of rough machining, semi-finish machining, low-temperature stressrelief heat treatment, trimming of center holes, finish turning, milling of a key groove, fine trimming of the center holes, grinding of a gear for inlaying iron core, hot inlaying of the iron core, rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing extrusion, electric runout detection, packaging and delivery is adopted.
