Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an elastomer-containing silane coupling agent, and the method comprises the following steps: A) reacting carbon dioxide and an epoxy group-containing monomer under the action of a catalyst to obtain a cyclic carbonate group-containing monomer; and B) mixing the cyclic carbonate group-containing monomer with an amino-containing silane coupling agent, and carrying out heating reaction under the action of a catalyst to obtain the elastomer-containing silane coupling agent. According to the invention, the polyurethane group-containing polymer elastomer is synthesized by ring opening of the amino-containing silane coupling agent monomer and the cyclic carbonate group-containing monomer, and can be combined with inorganic substances due to the hydrolyzable characteristic of the polyurethane group-containing polymer elastomer, so that a new way is provided for improving the performance of the composite material and increasing the bonding strength.
