In the present invention, the battery may comprise lithium metal as a negative electrode active material. The solid electrolyte membrane for an all-solid-state battery according to the present invention has an inhibitory layer containing an inhibitory substance for inhibiting the growth of lithium dendrites by ionizing lithium precipitated as metal, and thus has the effect of inhibiting the growth of dendrites. Thus, when lithium metal is used for a negative electrodein an all-solid-state battery comprising the solid electrolyte membrane, there is the effect in that the growth of lithium dendrites is delayed and / or inhibited, and thus electrical short circuits dueto the growth of dendrites are effectively prevented.
