Abstract

The ocean platform crude oil flash evaporation system comprises a crude oil flash evaporation system and a waste gas treatment device, the crude oil flash evaporation system comprises a flash evaporation tank, the ejector, a condenser and a three-phase separator; the flash evaporation tank is used forgasifying and separating the crude oil subjected to heating dehydration through generated negative pressure, the separated light crude oil is inputted into the three-phase separator, and the heavy crude oil is inputted into the storage tank; the three-phase separator is used for carrying out gas-liquid separation on the condensed flash steam and separating non-condensable gas from condensate oil;and the waste gas treatment device is used for treating waste gas generated by the diesel engine to remove pollutants. Waste gas generated after combustion treatment of the diesel engine is compressed through the compressor and flows into the ejector to serve as working fluid, crude oil flash evaporation operation is conducted under the action of negative pressure generated by the ejector, the initial cost of the device can be reduced by about 50% after the ejector is used for replacing a vacuum pump set, and meanwhile the waste gas generated after combustion is utilized, and energy loss andenvironmental pollution are reduced.
