Abstract

The invention provides a refrigeration unit. The refrigeration unit comprises: a refrigeration circuit including a compressor, a condenser, a thermostatic expansion valve and an evaporator which are connected to form a circuit, and a heat recovery system comprising a thermoelectric module, a control module and a battery, wherein the thermoelectric module comprises a first side and a second side, the first side is arranged to be in thermal connection with a first heat source, the second side is arranged to be in thermal connection with a second heat source, the first heat source and the secondheat source have different temperatures, and the thermoelectric module is configured to generate electric power through a temperature difference between the first heat source and the second heat source; and the control module is configured to store the electric power generated by the thermoelectric module to the battery, and the battery is configured to be used for driving the refrigeration circuit.
