Abstract

The invention discloses a biomass stove. The biomass stove comprises a stove, a thermo-acoustic engine, a water cooling device and a power generation and energy storage device, wherein the thermo-acoustic engine comprises two groups of a feedback pipe, a left transition pipe, a cold end heat exchanger, a heat regenerator, hot end heat exchangers and a right transition pipe which are connected in sequence; the water cooling device comprises a water cooling water storage tank, a water receiving tank and a water cooling water pipe, and the water cooling water storage tank, two cold end heat exchangers and the water receiving tank are connected through the water cooling water pipe; the power generation and energy storage device comprises an acoustic hood, a loudspeaker and a storage battery; and flue gas generated by combustion flows through the two hot end heat exchangers, the thermo-acoustic engine achieves thermo-acoustic conversion by utilizing the temperature difference formed by fluegas waste heat and cold water, acoustic energy is transmitted to the loudspeaker through the acoustic hood and a pipeline to realize acoustic-electric conversion, and finally, the energy is stored inthe storage battery. According to the biomass stove, the two-stage traveling wave thermo-acoustic engine is coupled with the stove, fuel is fully combusted by optimizing the structure of the stove, pollutant particle emission is reduced, the flue gas waste heat is fully utilized, and thermo-acoustic-electric conversion is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of thermoacoustic conversion and stove coupling, in particular to a biomass stove. Background technique [0002] In 2010, Chen et al. from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom began to study the waste heat recovery of thermoacoustic systems, and designed a traveling wave thermoacoustic power generation system using speakers as acoustic-electric conversion devices [1]. Subsequently, in 2012, two sets of thermoacoustic power generation systems for stove waste heat recovery were developed [2-4]. Among them, when the propane furnace is used as the driving source of the hot end, the thermoacoustic power generation system can obtain 15W of electric power; and under the heat of wood flames, the system can output up to 22.7W of electric power. This study demonstrates the great potential of this thermoacoustic power generation system for waste heat recovery and power supply in remote areas. [0003] H...
