The refractive topographic map measuring instrument comprises an eyepiece, an annular reflector, a diaphragm module, a focusing module, an imaging module, an image receiver and an annular lighting module, wherein the eyepiece, the annular reflector, the diaphragm module, the focusing module, the imaging module and the imagereceiver are sequentially arranged from front to back; the annular reflector is arranged in a hollow annular shape, the mirror surface of the annular reflector is arranged in a manner of deflecting towards one side; the annular lighting module is used for emitting annular lighting light to the annular reflector; the annular reflector reflects the emitted light to the eyepiece; the emitted light enters an eyeball from the eyepiece; detection reflected light reflected by the eyeball is transmitted to the imaging module from the eyepiece, a central hole of the annular reflector, a diaphragm holeof the diaphragm module and the focusing module; the detection reflected light is transmitted to the image receiver after passing through the imaging module; and the diaphragm hole of the diaphragm module is arranged in a size-adjustable manner.
