When the steam valve is mounted on the top cover, the steam valve drives the braking piece to translate and drives the buckle to extend out of the top cover to be matched with the clamping piece; and when the steam valve is not mounted on the pot cover, the braking piece drives the buckle to retract into the pot cover, so that the buckle is far away from the clamping piece.
