Abstract

The invention discloses a 360-degree look-around underwater visual imaging method and system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of underwater environment videos, wherein the visual angles of the underwater environment videos form 360-degree look-around; preprocessing the plurality of paths of underwater environment videos; adopting a perspective transformation and inverse perspective transformation method for the video sequence generated after preprocessing, and obtaining the relation between one point in a high-definition camera coordinate system and any point in a three-dimensional space; in combination with the relationship between one point in the coordinate system of the high-definition camera and any point in the three-dimensional space, converting the imagesin the underwater environment videos into top view images obtained by top view shooting through top view transformation; and carrying out feature extraction and feature matching on the top view imagesto complete all-round view image splicing and fusion, and finally obtaining a 360-degree top view video of the underwater position.
