The splitting device comprises a driving mechanism, an upper driving cutting assembly and a lower driving cutting assembly,wherein the upper driving cutting assembly comprises a lower mounting frame, a lower cutting blade assembly connected to the lower mounting frame and two lower driving rollers which are rotatably connected to the lower mounting frame and are arranged in parallel, wherein the lower cutting blade assembly is located between the two lower driving rollers and comprises a lower cutting blade; the upper driving cutting assembly comprises an upper mounting frame, an upper cutting blade assembly connected to the upper mounting frame and two upper driving rollers which are rotationally connected to the upper mounting frame and arranged in parallel, the upper cutting blade assembly is located between the two upper driving rollers, and the upper cutting blade assembly comprises an upper cutting blade; and the driving mechanism is used for driving the upper driving rollers and the lower driving rollers to rotate.
