Abstract

The safety device comprises a negative thermal expansion structure and an external circular pipe arranged outside the negative thermal expansion structure. The negative thermal expansion structure is in a circular tube shape formed by curling a negative thermal expansion plane structure, abuckle is arranged at the connecting position of an inclined rod on the negative thermal expansion structure, and the negative thermal expansion plane structure is obtained by spatial translation andmutual connection of a plurality of negative thermal expansion cell elements on a plane. Each negative thermal expansion cell element is formed by oppositely connecting two same microstructures by sharing one bottom edge, and each microstructure is an isosceles triangle formed by one bottom edge and two bevel edges; a clamping groove is formed in the pipe wall of the outer circular pipe, and whenan electronic component or a machine works normally, a buckle of the negative thermal expansion structure is arranged in the clamping groove.
