Abstract

The invention relates to a production process for preparing the concrete admixture by using the waste incineration fly ash molten glass solidified body, which comprises the following steps: (1) compounding waste incineration fly ash and auxiliary materials, and mixing by using a mixer after compounding, so that the waste incineration fly ash and the auxiliary materials are uniformly mixed; (2) putting the uniformly mixed mixture into a briquetting machine, and pressing the mixture into a fly ash block body with the size of 30cm * 30cm * 30cm to 40cm * 40cm * 40cm under the pressure of 6-10MPa; (3) melting the fly ash blocks in a melting furnace to be melted into liquid slag; (4) enabling the liquid slag to flow into water quenching treatment equipment to be subjected to water quenching treatment, wherein the density is increased, and a glass solidified body is formed; and (5) homogenizing the glass solidified body and the mineral active material, and grinding by a ball mill to obtain the high-performance concrete admixture. The method can turn waste into wealth, saves land resources, improves the comprehensive performance of the product by more than 10%, and reduces the production cost by more than 20%.
