The VOCs online monitoring system comprises a pretreatment control panel, an online chromatographic instrument control panel, an FID signal control panel, an EPC control module and an integrated industrial personal computer, wherein the pretreatment control panel carries out temperature control through using a PCB, obtains a heating state in real time, and controls the flow direction and on-off of an air flow through an electromagnetic valve based on a switch control quantity; the online chromatographic instrument control panel is used for controlling a sample gas entering a chromatographic instrument to be maintained at a certain temperature, combining into a corresponding application form through a valve position state and controlling the chromatographic instrument to execute a corresponding service function; the FID signal control panel is used for controlling ignition and measuring range adjustment of a hydrogen flame ionization detector; the EPC control module is used for adjusting the carrier gas flow of each gas path system; and the integrated industrial personal computer is used for being connected with the modules, interacting data with the modules, acquiring real-time monitoring data and performing remote control.
