Abstract

The invention discloses a tail gas recycling method for compound fertilizer production. The tail gas recycling method comprises the following steps: introducing tail gas into gravel dust removal equipment for dust removal, wherein the tail gas passes through a waterfall formed by flowing gravels, and the gravels remove compound fertilizer dust in the tail gas; introducing the tail gas into a venturi scrubber from the medium gravel dust removal equipment, and circularly washing the tail gas with water; then, introducing the tail gas into a washing liquid circulating tank from the venturi scrubber for circular washing again; after being defoamed by a rotational-flow plate tower, feeding the tail gas into a tail gas washing tower by a tail gas fan to be washed again by phosphoric acid, and feeding the tail gas into an exhaust funnel for discharging; and returning washed phosphoric acid into a potassium hydrogen phosphate removal tank for acid mixing, sending wastewater discharged by the tail gas washing tower to a sewage treatment station to be treated and returning the treated wastewater to a neutralization procedure.
