Abstract

The AMT gear engaging process redundancy control method comprises the steps of selecting an average value of air pressure p in a gear engaging stage, an average value of a rotating speed value n1 of a transmission input shaft, an average value of a rotating speed value n2 of a transmission output shaft and a synchronous speed difference of a synchronizer as characteristic value variables, selecting a gear engaging time as a predicted value, and pruning an original decision tree through cross validation to obtain an optimal decision tree model. When a test set is used for model validation, under the condition that a prediction error does not exceed 50 ms, the accuracy rate of prediction on the gear engaging time is more than 90%. A real vehicle test shows that under the condition that a gear engaging displacement sensor fails, a solenoid valve control strategy based on the algorithm can complete normal gear shifting operation. The comparison of an actual transmission ratio and a theoretical transmission ratio predicted by the control strategy shows that a judgment error of a predicted gear shifting point moment is within 50 ms.
