An inlet of the superheater is connected with a steam outlet of the steam generator; the gas turbine generator set is connected with the waste heat boiler, and flue gas formed after combustion of the combustible gas is conveyed into the waste heat boiler; and the biomass gas supply unit is connected with the gas turbine generator set and provides combustible gas for the gas turbine generator set.
