Abstract

The invention discloses a premixing gas supply device for a shock tube and a premixing gas supply method of the premixing gas supply device. The premixing gas supply device comprises a plurality of gas branches which are connected in parallel, wherein each gas branch is sequentially connected with a gas source, a gas source pressure gauge, a pressure reducing valve, a working pressure gauge, a flow meter, a one-way valve and a stop valve through gas pipes from front to back and is finally connected to gas inlet holes which are uniformly distributed on the same section of a shock tube body through pipelines. The premixing gas supply method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining the pressure ratio of each component in mixed gas; secondly, adjusting pressure reducing valves of all the gas branches respectively, and controlling the gas flow of all the gas branches flowing through the flow meter; then, opening the stop valves of the gas branches at the same time, and filling the shock tube body with gas of the gas branches at the same time; and finally, closing the stop valves of the gas branches at the same time, and completing gas filling. The premixing gas supply device and the premixing gas supply method are based on the flow meter, are suitable for a wider gas source pressure fluctuation range, are good in safety, are simple and convenient in control method, and can meet the requirements of various types of tests.
