Abstract

The invention relates to a method for catalytically synthesizing epoxidized soybean oil by using bean dreg-based solid acid. The bean dreg-based solid acid is used as a catalyst, hydrogen peroxide is used as an oxidizing agent, soybean oil is epoxidized to prepare the epoxidized soybean oil, and the preparation process of the bean dreg-based solid acid comprises the following steps: (1) adding bean dregs and sulfuric acid into a reactor filled with water, wherein the mass ratio of the bean dregs to the sulfuric acid is 1:(1.5-2.5); and (2) conducting reacting at 180-210 DEG C for 10-20 hours, conducting cooling after the reaction is completed, dehydrating the solid, conducting washing until the filtrate is neutral, and drying and crushing the obtained solid to obtain the bean dreg-based solid acid. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a novel efficient solid acid catalyst is developed for synthesis of epoxidized soybean oil, and a novel method is provided for resource utilization of bean dregs.
