Abstract

The release agent for the concrete building steel mold is prepared from mineral oil, liquid paraffin, an emulsifier, bisphenol A epoxy resin, polymaleic anhydride, zinc phosphate, an antioxidant, a rheology modifier and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly dispersing the water, the mineral oil and the emulsifier, adding the liquid paraffin, and continuously stirring to obtain a substrate solution; (2) heating the substrate solution obtained in the step (1), adding bisphenol A epoxy resin, stirring, adding polymaleic anhydride and zinc phosphate, and reacting to obtain a reaction solution; and (3) cooling the reaction solution obtained in the step (2), then adding the antioxidant and the rheology modifier, and stirring to obtain the release agent for the concrete building steel mold.
