The invention provides an image intelligent storage method, system and device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining to-be-stored data, with the to-be-stored data comprising to-be-stored image data and corresponding image structured information data; saving the to-be-stored image data in a target intelligent storage disk corresponding to a target image database to acquire URL data of the stored image data, wherein indexes of the corresponding image database are stored in the target intelligent storage disk; storing the URL data of the stored image data and the corresponding image structured information data in the target intelligent storage disk corresponding to the target URL database; and updating the indexes of the image databases and the indexes of URL databases stored in all intelligent storage disks corresponding to the target image database and the target URL databases. The image data and the URL data are respectively stored in different databases, and the overall index of the database is stored in the intelligent storage disk, so that the subsequent quick retrieval of the image is facilitated.
