Abstract

The present invention provides a measuring instrument which enables improvement in contactability of a measuring surface of a sensor with respect to a surface of an object. The measuring instrument (1) is provided with a body part (11) and a probe part (12) that has a head portion (21) at a leading end thereof and an arm portion (22) for connecting the head portion (21) to the body part (11). The head portion (21) has a support section (31), a measuring section (33), and a coupling section (32). The support section (31) is connected to the leading end of the arm portion (22). The measuring section (33) has a first surface (33a) out of which a measuring surface (40a) of a sensor (40) is exposed; and a thickness with the first surface (33a) set as the reference. The coupling section (32) is disposed between the measuring section (33) and the support section (31) so as to couple between the measuring section (33) and the support section (31). The coupling section (32) is made of a soft material and has a first connection portion (32a) which is connected to the measuring section (33); and a through-hole (32c).
