Abstract

The invention discloses a V-collar modeling process. A neckline of a V-collar sweater is modeled in the invention, and the neckline is composed of a fabric and neckline covered edges. The V-collar modeling process is characterized by comprising the following steps: step a, cutting the neckline of the fabric into a symmetrical V shape; step b, fixing the neckline covered edges by using a binding tool, conducting sewing downwards from a shoulder seam of the fabric, allowing left and right welts to be uniformly operated from top to bottom, sewing the two covered edges to the bottom of a V-shaped collar, and enabling one covered edge and the other covered edge to be mutually overlapped at the bottom of the V-shaped collar; and step c, bending the welts at the V-shaped collar, and subjecting the covered edges which are mutually overlapped and located on the upper portion to turning-over and line cutting treatment. The V-shaped collar modeling process of the invention has the advantages that the flatness of the V-shaped collar can be improved, protrusions cannot be formed at the bottom of the V-shaped collar, the V-shaped collar is more symmetrical, and clothes are more exquisite and graceful.
