According to the dehydrogenation worktable applied to plasma underwater cutting,the air water flow stirring device is used for stirring underwater, so that the water in the water tank surges and oscillates so as to prevent hydrogen from being accumulated underwater and forming a dangerous source; the hydrogen is diffused out; potential safety hazards are eliminated; and safe production is guaranteed.
