The system is coupled with boiler main steam temperature and pressure reduction equipment and a main steam ejector which are matched with each other, steam meeting the requirement of a steam heat supply network is provided, and meanwhile participation in peak regulation of a coal-fired power generation system is achieved. Main steam of a boiler is divided into three paths, one path enters a turboset to generate electricity, the other path meets the steam parameter requirement of the steam heat supply network after being adjusted by a temperature reduction pressurizer, and the other path is injected by the ejector and extracted by a turbine to meet the steam parameter requirement of the steam heat supply network.
