Abstract

The invention discloses a full-degradable weeding mulching film and a preparation method thereof. The mulching film comprises an outer film and an inner film. The outer film is prepared from, by weight, 50-90 parts of biodegradable resin, 5-30 parts of starch, 5-20 parts of calcium carbonate and 0.5-3 parts of a post-emergence herbicide. The inner film is prepared from, by weight, 40-90 parts of biodegradable resin, 5-45 parts of papermaking waste, 5-15 parts of calcium carbonate and 1-5 parts of a sealing herbicide. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing and extruding the raw materials of the outer / inner film, and then carrying out double-layer co-extrusion film blowing. The bio-based mulching film prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is green and environment-friendly, and can effectively remove weeds and improve the crop yield; and the mulching film has good stability, impact resistance, tensile property and ductility, meanwhile, the raw materials are wide in source, low in price and easy to obtain, and efficient utilization of resources is achieved.
