The data transmission system comprises: a master control system single chip, which comprises a master control transmission circular buffer and a master control receiving circular buffer; and a slave system single chip comprises a slave receiving circular buffer and a slave transmitting circular buffer. The slave/master receive circular buffer is a copy of the master/slave transmit circular buffer so that write pointers of the two buffers are substantially synchronized and read pointers of the two buffers are substantially synchronized. According to the above, the read-write operation of the master/slave transmission circular buffer can be regarded as the read-write operation of the slave/master receiving circular buffer, so that a data replication program of a part of the data transmission can be omitted to accelerate the data transmission.
