Problems solved by technology

Although this method fully releases the florfenicol binding residue in the edible tissue of pigs and converts it into florfenicol amine, it avoids the "false negative" results that may be caused by existing methods, and has no effect on whether the pigs can be marketed. Pr...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of veterinary drug residue detection, and particularly relates to a method for monitoring whether florfenicol residue in pre-slaughter pork pig tissue exceeds the standard or not. According to the method, the method comprises the steps of: detecting the content of florfenicol residual markers in the in-vivo tissues (muscles, livers, kidneys and lungs) and urine of pork pigs mixed and fed with florfenicol powder by adopting a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method; analyzing the residue elimination condition of the florfenicol residue marker in pig body tissues and urine and the correlation between the florfenicol residue marker in body fluid and the residual quantity of each tissue, predicting the content range of the florfenicol residue marker in the urine when the withdrawal period is reached, and when the content of the florfenicol residue marker in the urine is lower than 45 [mu]g.L <-1>, enabling the residual quantity of the florfenicol residual marker in 99% of the in-vivo tissue of the pork pig to be lower than the maximum residual limit, and therefore, a simple and economical pre-slaughter monitoring method is provided for the florfenicol residual in the pork pig.
