The present invention provides a superheated steam generating device, which enables generation of superheated steam to increase the capacity. A superheated steam generating device (100) heats water vapor introduced from an inlet (P1) and leads out the superheated vapor from an outlet (P2). The superheated steam generating device (100) is provided with: a plurality or groups of superheated steam generating parts (2) that heat water vapor to generate superheated steam; a distribution pipe (3) that distributes and introduces the water vapor introduced from the inlet (P1) into multiple or multiple sets of superheated vapor generating parts (2); and a merging pipe (4), which merges the superheated steam generated by a plurality or groups of superheated steam generating parts (2) and leads the steam out from the outlet (P2).
