The electric field generation system for enhancing the tumor treatment field effect comprises a pulsed electric field generator; at least two groups of electrode patches used for being attached to a target tissue area according to a preset mode; a controller used for controlling the pulsed electric field generator to generate a pulse signal and outputting the pulse signal to the at least two groups of electrode patches so as to form a designed pulsed electric field in the target tissue area; and a drug delivery device electrically connected with the controller and used for outputting a designed dose of design drug to the target tissue area under the control of the controller, so that the design drug is released in the designed pulsed electric field and enters tumor cells of the target tissue area. The mode of combining the pulsed electric field and the medicine is adopted, rapid proliferation of tumor cells can be inhibited, the tumor cells can be killed, and therefore the tumor treatment effect is enhanced.
