A semipermeable membrane in the osmotic pressure generation unit divides the interior of a container into a first chamber for accommodating a first solution and a second chamber for accommodating a second solution, and a solvent of the first solution spontaneously flows into the second chamber to be mixed with the second solution due to concentration difference, so that a transmission part is pushed to move, the transmission part moves to drive the air compression unit to compress air, and the compressed air is released to the power generation unit for power generation. The concentration unit is used for concentrating a third solution in the second chamber and then guiding the concentrated third solution back to the second chamber, so that a hydraulic pressure difference always exists between the first chamber and the second chamber, and continuous acting of the transmission part is realized.
