Abstract

The temperature control device comprises a preheating part, a temperature control part and a flow control part. The preheating part comprises a heat source water path and a heat source heat exchanger of a heat dissipation device of a heat source arranged in a wind generating set. The heat source water path comprises a heat source water inlet pipe connected with normal-temperature water and a heat source water outlet pipe. Preheated water heated by the heat source heat exchanger is conveyed to the temperature control part through the heat source water outlet pipe. The temperature control part comprises a heater. The heater is used for heating the preheated water before use. The flow control part is used for controlling the flow speed of water in the heat source water path. The water for reducing viscosity has the preheated water with the high initial temperature, and therefore energy consumption of the temperature control device of the oil pumping unit can be effectively reduced, and the overall cost of oil exploitation is reduced.
