The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing primary liquid fermentation seeds; 2) preparing secondary liquid fermentation seeds; (3) after the secondary liquid fermentation seeds are dispersed, inoculating the secondary liquid fermentation seeds into a new liquid culture medium for third fermentation culture, centrifuging a tertiary liquid fermentation product after fermentation is finished, and respectively collecting thalli and fermentation liquor of the thalli; (4) adding sterile ultrapure water into the thalli, suspending, adding a protective agent, homogenizing, carrying out thermal cracking, filtering, and collecting a thalli extracting solution; carrying out vacuum rotary evaporation and concentration to obtain a thallus extract; (5) filtering and degerming the fermentation liquor of the thalli, and carrying out vacuum rotary evaporation and concentration to obtain deep fermentation concentrated liquor; and 6) mixing the thallus extract and the submerged fermentation concentrated solution to obtain the composition.
